Brandy – B7

R&B star Brandy has released her seventh studio album, aptly titled “B7”. The new project, which comes after an eight-year hiatus, was originally scheduled for release in fall 2019 to mark the 25th anniversary of her self-titled debut LP. “B7” features the singles “Love Again” with Canadian singer Daniel Caesar, “Baby Mama” with a guest verse by Chance The Rapper, and “Borderline”. Most of the album was produced by DJ Camper and hitmaker LaShawn Daniels. But don’t expect any major hits like the ubiquitous late-90s charts-topper “The Boy Is Mine” by Brandy and Monica. With her new collection of songs, Brandy offers insight into her personal life and struggles, showing her vulnerable side.
