Earl – Tongue Tied

“Tongue Tied”, the new studio album by singer-songwriter Earl, has been published. Born and raised in Alaska, the aspiring musician moved to LA where she released three LPs under the name Kate Earl. A Londoner now, Earl reinvented herself and surprises with a retro sound, taking us back to the time when jazz was the predominant genre. Earl, who studied classical piano and guitar, was inspired by the music of the 1930s since singing Billie Holiday at the tender age of seven, but went in a different direction when she started her professional recording career. For her new album, with singles “Tongue Tied”, “All That Glitters”, and “Baddabing Baddaboom”, Earl brings back that sound, having a blast with all the fun elements in these songs.
