Nico & Vinz – Black Star Elephant

Nico & Vinz have released their album “Black Star Elephant” with the addictive single “Am I Wrong”. The Norwegian duo with African roots incorporates their love for Africa in their songs, music videos, and the title of this new record, which is comprised of the nicknames for their beloved national soccer teams, Vinz’s Black Stars of Ghana, and Nico’s Elephants of Ivory Coast. But “Black Star Elephant” doesn’t go deep on topics, the music could be more creative considering Africa’s cultural heritage, and the album is unlikely to produce another hit like “Am I Wrong”. Nico & Vinz will be on tour with Usher next year.
