After a timeout from the spotlight, the singer/actress returns with a 19-track-strong LP that deals with her recovery from a drug overdose in 2018 and the self-discovery process that followed. Loneliness, love, and gaining the strength of being an independent woman are other themes she taps into on this candid record.
