British pop star Melanie C has released her self-titled eighth studio album. Once nicknamed Sporty Spice when she rose to fame as a member of the Spice Girls, the best-selling girl group of all time, Melanie C went on to become the most prolific solo artist out of the group. Her first solo LP, “Northern Star”, spawned two UK #1 hits, “Never Be The Same Again” and “I Turn To You”. 20 years later, Melanie C delivers her most personal record with brutally honest songs including “Blame It On Me”, “Good Enough”, and the lead single “Who I Am” which features striking lyrics about her past struggles and newfound self-esteem.
