Kathleen Edwards – Total Freedom

Canadian singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards is back with her fifth studio album, entitled “Total Freedom”. In 2014, after 15 years of recording and touring, Edwards quit music and opened a coffee shop in a suburban village of her hometown Ottawa. Since 2018, she slowly returned to making music and released the new single “Options Open” earlier this year. Now the 42-year-old multi-instrumentalist has published her first LP in eight years and it’s well worth the wait. “Total Freedom” comes from a place of self-determination, renewal, and newfound optimism.
