Elle King – Shake The Spirit

Elle King has released her second studio album, “Shake The Spirit”. Best known for the hit single “Ex’s & Oh’s” off her critically acclaimed debut LP, King returns with a sophomore record that offers some really good songs like “Baby Outlaw” or “It Girl”, but also includes a couple of misses. Overall, this album does not have the same quality as her first one or 2017’s non-album single “Wild Love”, a largely unnoticed but absolutely brilliant song by Elle King and an example of how the new album could have been.
