Soul singer and songwriter Tweet has released her third studio album, titled “Charlene”. Tweet, whose real name is Charlene Keys, has worked with many well-known artists over the course of her 20-year career, most notably with Missy Elliott, Timbaland & Magoo, Ginuwine, Ja Rule, and Whitney Houston, but has not released an album in eleven years. Her candid new album, with production by Missy Elliott, is an expressive manifestation of the professional and personal evolution of Tweet.
